About Me


I became a personal experiment in college trying all the latest trends in nutrition: carb-cycling, intermittent fasting, carb backloading, paleo, etc. You name it I tried it. My close friends started asking me for nutritional advice after they saw the results I was getting and thus started consulting with them individually to customize strategic plans to hit their goals. After trial and error, I realized I was not placing a high enough value on my services by offering it for free and thus Loman Health was born.

Now I have a platform to help my clients get more skin in the game with an external motivation driving them. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Nutrition & Sports Science. Outside of the classroom, I studied articles from all the most recent literature available on nutrition and have a remarkable ability to diagnose people’s diets and help them make small adjustments to hit their goals.
